marianne kies Marianne Kies was an 11th grade student at Phillips Exeter Academy during the filming of this video. A fan of music and the arts, Marianne is finalizing publications for a biography of The Beatles which she began writing in 1998. Marianne has also been a ballet dancer for 11 years and just recently received an Honorable Mention through her participation in a five-week summer program called the Bossov Ballet Theater. Marianne made her first film appearance in the movie, "The Life of Marianne." A Durham, New Hampshire resident, Marianne lives with her parents and two sisters, and wishes to attend Amherst College after high school.
